| Modern Day Make-Believe #1 -- Evolution |

14:1 The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none that does good.
As ancient and tribal societies have had their myths and their gods, even so, our modern society has its myths and its gods and its modern day make-believe. Our contemporary gods may not be thought of in human form like the Greek and Roman gods, yet our modern myths powerfully impact our culture.
Modern Day Make-Believe will be a look at many of today's myths. Myth #1 is: A one-celled life form created itself and all other life forms on earth evolved from it. This myth goes by the name of "evolution."
This is so far fetched that it is difficult to imagine that it is widely accepted in an intelligent society. However, in reality, if you don’t agree with this myth you are considered “unscientific” or “unintelligent”. It is the only theory of the origin of life allowed in American public schools.
But where is the proof? There is none. No one can prove that any species of life has ever turned into another species. No one has ever created life in a science lab, even under the most favorable conditions possible. So if highly intelligent human beings cannot create life, how is life supposed to have come into existence by itself?
Without proof, evolution is only a theory. So why should the myth of evolution be baptized as “scientific”, presented as fact, and made the official faith of America, while other faiths are forbidden in our class rooms? |

I would rather be labled as an unintellectual human being, than an educated fool.. .(well maybe I should have said...educated but foolish) All through the bible it clearly states who are creator is...and has proven itself to be true over and over again...Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visable and invisable, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, All things were created through Him and for Him.
Let's see what role science play when they stand before the Soveriegn God" Romans14:11-12 For it is written: "As I live, say the Lord, Every knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall confess to God" (v12) So then every one of us shall give an account of himself to God. |

I would rather be labeled as an unintellectual human being, than an educated fool. For only the Fool said in his heart there is no God. I rather Believe and find out there is no God, Then to not believe and Find out there is A God. May God give you wisdom and knowledge to Know That he is who he said he is. And that you can come to Know him and wrap yourself in his Love.

You know, it's true, they'll teach one but refuse to teach the other, and yet, one hardly reveals more than "educated guesses" even in the scientific realm. We all know where guessing gets us. The Bible spells it out, and yet, almost no children truly have been taught this. For that matter, many adults have either lost that knowledge or flat out refuse to learn it. I read a verse, a chapter, or, in some cases, one small book of the Bible daily. I research the truth surrounding it, the history that also goes with it, and then do more than make an educated guess. I make knowledgeable decisions. That's one talent and technique people have lost in this world. Great post.

I hear you Steve, and we let our kids go to these schools, that teach this stuff.
I think we need to change this, with all of my heart, it turns my stomach.
We need to get back what satan has stolen, he's taken our prayer out of school,
he's taken the commandments out of our courts, the lists goes on and on...
When are we going to stand together and change it?
you give an inch they take a mile... in the end days what is moral will be immoral; and what is immoral will be moral. I guess we are living in the end days!!!!!!!!!!!
